Meet your instructor

Martinez is one of our very first ItsMyCode Alumni, taking the Full Stack Web Development program in early 2020. Prior to joining ItsMyCode as our Lead Instructor for Front End Web Development, Martinez worked as a Web Developer for ABC Network.

Curriculum
Learn to write and use coding languages that will prepare you to build websites in just 12 weeks! At the end, you’ll have built whole projects that demonstrate your skills.

Intro to JavaScript – JavaScript Basics, JavaScript data types, JavaScript strings & numbers
Week 5
JavaScript – JavaScript Booleans, JavaScript Control Flow, Functions
Week 6
Advanced JavaScript – JavaScript Loops, JavaScript Scope/Hoisting, JavaScript testing
Week 7
Object Oriented Programming – JavaScript intro to Objects, JavaScript classes
Week 8
DOM Manipulation – Intro to the internet, DOM (Web Apps & APIs)
Week 9
React – Intro to React, Working with components, SASS
Week 10
React State – Displaying & updating state with JSX
Week 11
React Advanced Topics – Component validation, final projected groups
